Terms & Conditions

1. Booking

Bookings for Casale il Querceto are administered by Le Marche Villas but please note your contract is with the villa owners. Please contact Vacanze Le Marche to confirm availability. Once availability is established to confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is payable within 5 days. On receipt of the deposit you are sent a booking confirmation which establishes a contract with you. We ask you fully check this confirmation, on receipt, as it is your responsibility to advise us of any inaccuracies.

2. Payment

To confirm a booking, as stated above, a deposit of 25% of the total price is payable. The balance must then be paid a minimum of 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation after this date will result in the loss of the whole amount paid.

For bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival the full balance must be paid on booking.

3. Cancellation by you

Cancellation will only be accepted in writing either by e-mail or regular post

4. Alterations by you

Should you wish to alter your booking we will always endeavour to accommodate your request, however each alteration is subject to an administration charge of £100 (GBP)

5. Deposit

Along with your final payment a security deposit of £500 must be paid which is repayable 14 days after your return home (subject to no loss or damage being caused) to enable time for the inventory to be fully checked over.

6. Damage or injury

We do not accept liability for damage to person or property.

7. Care of property

You are responsible that the holiday villa is left in the same state of cleanliness and repair as found on arrival. Any loss or damage to the property or fixtures and fittings caused by you will be deducted from your deposit. A final clean to be carried out on the morning of your departure can be provided at a cost of €50 which needs to be booked and paid for at the same time as the final balance.

8. Incidentals

Your holiday runs Saturday to Saturday arriving from 4.00p.m. and on departure day the villa must be vacated by 10.00a.m. to enable cleaning and preparation for the next guests. The cost of electricity, cooking gas, linen and bathroom towels is included in the cost of your holiday. However, heating is not included and please bring your own pool and beach towels.

Your beds will be made up ready for your arrival (none of this arrive late at night to then find you have to make your own beds up!). Also you will find a welcome pack inclusive of a bottle of wine, bread, presserve and milk or similar etc, just to help make sure you start relaxing and enjoying your holiday as soon as possible.

9. Complaints

In the unlikely event of any problems during your stay please report it immediately to the owner who's details are left in the villa and they will endeavour to resolve the matter but if you remain dissatisfied you must write to Le Marche Villas within 14 days of the end of your holiday where upon we will raise your complaint with the owner (Note Le Marche Villas cannot be held responsible for irresolvable/unresolved complaints). A failure to notify the owners during the holiday may mean that we will be unable to resolve the dispute after you return home.

There are occasional power cuts in Italy but they are occasional and short lived. Candles are provided in the villa if needed.
